All American Roof Coatings is a local full-service commercial and agricultural roofing contractor for Kansas City & Missouri, certified in roof coating applications and is proudly a Firefighter/Paramedic owned business.

While the owner has become far too busy to work full-time as a Fire/Medic anymore, he still works a few days per month for love of the job.

Most of our workers are also current & former Fire/EMS. This is by design. When most of your labor pool originates from a workforce that is long known for their reliability, work ethic, integrity, and high moral standards it creates a ripple effect that is felt not only by the company, but the customer as well.

As we continue to rise as one of the local industry leaders in liquid applied roofing our goal is to start a program that recruits, re-trains, and employs Line of Duty Injured, PTSD, and retired Fire/EMS personnel that are no longer able to meet the rigorous requirements of the fire service.

By being able to help those who have reached out their own helping hand so many times and giving them a second chance to maintain work while surrounded by those who understand where they have been we can continue to serve.
