Courtyard by Marriot - Country Club Plaza Kansas City, MO

This 13,500 sq ft modified bitumen roof was showing moderate granule loss and UV wear. We began by cleaning and preparing the surface, then applied a Mule-Hide asphalt bleed-blocking primer specifically designed for mod-bit substrates. Seams and penetrations were sealed, followed by installation of Mule-Hide silicone roof coating.

The project passed manufacturer inspection and delivered a renewable 20-year solution without requiring a costly tear-off. As a Mule-Hide Certified Contractor, we ensure every installation meets spec from prep to final coat.

Club Woodside - Westwood, KS

This 50,000 sq ft project included both a metal roof and a flat roof section. The metal panels were in solid condition with minimal rust, requiring only spot-priming before application. We applied a custom color-matched Mule-Hide acrylic coating system to preserve the architectural look and extend service life.

The adjacent flat roof was restored using a custom color-matched Mule-Hide silicone coating, also inspected and approved by the manufacturer. This hybrid solution allowed Club Woodside to avoid a disruptive tear-off while gaining a uniform, watertight finish with long-term warranty protection.

First Assembly - Raytown, MO

This 10,000 sq ft roof was cleaned, primed, and sealed before receiving Mule-Hide acrylic roof coating. The project was completed without complications and passed the manufacturer’s warranty inspection on the first visit. A straightforward job done right—the kind of consistent performance that keeps long-term clients confident.

A & A Royal Auto Trim - Kansas City, MO

This 5,200 sq ft roof had undergone multiple unsuccessful repair attempts by previous contractors. We corrected their work, thoroughly cleaned and prepped the surface, and eliminated all active leaks. A Mule-Hide acrylic coating system was installed, and the job passed warranty inspection on the first attempt—delivering lasting protection and restoring the client’s confidence in professional roof coatings.

Extlube - Kansas City, MO

This 28,000 sq ft low-slope metal roof had widespread rust and multiple active leaks. After a full cleaning and detailed seam/panel prep, we installed a Mule-Hide SEBS coating system, which does not require primer for this substrate.

All work was completed to manufacturer specifications, and the project passed its warranty inspection on the first attempt. Due to the building’s proximity to the airport, drone photography was not permitted, but this project remains a standout example of large-scale industrial restoration done right.
